The Title Deed insurance can be addressed to any buyer, although it is mainly adapted to all those foreigners resident in Spain who want to buy a home in our country. This, due to the insecurity that buying a property can produce in a country that is different from their own and due to common unfamiliarity of these clients with the Spanish legal system in the purchase / sale of a home.

Guarantee for 20 years: We are with the buyer in the moment of purchase as well as during the next 20 years and guarantees maximum tranquillity when buying a home and that all acquired legal rights in the title deeds will be respected.

Guarantee of problem solution within a maximum of six months: When problems arise, experts will manage the solution with highest agility and effectiveness. If the problems are not solved within a period of six months, our insurance company will compensate the insured because of the suffered disadvantage. The indemnity can be up to the registered value of the home (maximum limit €360,000).
